Do I need a referral to see Dr. Patricia Hernandez?
No referral is needed. You can book an appointment direcly with us. .
How often should I have an eye exam?
Adults should have an eye exam every 1-2 years. Children and seniors may need more frequent visits.
Does OHIP cover eye exams?
OHIP covers eye exams for children under 20 and seniors 65 +. For adults 20-64, some medically necessary exams are also covered.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact us for more details.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your health card, current glasses or contact lenses, and a list of any medications you're taking.
Do you offer contact lenses and glasses?
Yes! We provide contact lenses fittings and can help you find the perfect frames through our optical partner.
